I was offered a position of Assistant manager today. Well leader. Offered more hours and pay. Dont know full details in honesty. But they basically want to hire me for my smile. They want me to be a role model for the others and have the costomers leaving happy. So I'll have extended hours and more pay and all I have to do is stand around and be nice. Easy enough for me. Good working enviroment, nice people, and normally decent people.
